Registration Policy:

• Payments must be made in full on or before the first day of class for all lessons.
• Personal checks or money orders should be made payable to Sweetwater Pools, Inc.
• A confirmation email will be sent after completing the request form. We will be in contact with you shortly regarding scheduling for the upcoming season.

Refund Policy:

• Please attend all lessons on the days and times scheduled unless contacted by a Sweetwater Pools, Inc. representative in the case of inclement weather. If not contacted, assume lesson will take place as normal.

• We regret that we are unable to offer make-up lessons for participants who miss lessons due to personal reasons without contacting Sweetwater Pools and the instructor 24 hours in advance.

• For private and semi-private lessons, there is a $100 non-refundable fee per student for cancelling a confirmed and scheduled session (a session is eight, thirty minute lessons). For a group lesson, the class is non-refundable for cancelling a confirmed and scheduled session. If the class is cancelled by Sweetwater Pools a full refund will be given to the registrant.

• The Aquatics Director has sole decision-making authority regarding refunds and rescheduling and will handle any special situations on a case-by-case basis.

Statement of understanding:

I verify that the above information is correct. I have read and fully understand all policies and procedures such as prerequisites, attendance, and refund policy. I also give authorization to have the participant treated in any emergency during the participation in programs sponsored by Sweetwater Pools, Inc. This authorization is required should an emergency situation arise involving the participant and/or parent or guardian attending the lessons. Permission is given to allow Sweetwater Pools, Inc. staff to give aid until the Emergency Medical Services system personnel arrive.
